OUR PRODUCTION PROCESSES
Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas phase without passing through the intermediate liquid phase. It allows us to offer full-color awards, gifts, and apparel in small to large quantities without screen or art charges. Using patented ink and press technologies, years of experience, and expertise, we impress bold and vibrant images and designs on a variety of substrates.
Laser Engraving is a process that vaporizes materials into fumes. The laser beam acts as a chisel, incising marks by removing layers from the surface of the material. The laser must hit localized areas with massive levels of energy to generate the high heat required for vaporization. It allows us to precisely cut, engrave or mark a broad range of materials such as plastics, wood, rubber, leather, metals, textiles, and many others.
Laser Etching is a chemical marking process while engraving is a cutting process. Etching uses chemicals to mark the material, while engraving physically cuts into the metal, leaving a deep indentation. Etching is an excellent process for marking metal surfaces.
CNC Routing is a computer-controlled machine for milling, drilling, and cutting materials. In other words, the main functions are to cut, engrave and carve objects out of a workpiece. By introducing computer control to the process, the number of errors is drastically reduced.
